Bug: Window resets state whenever it re-appears

The Ottex window resets its state way too easily, this is pretty frustrating when configuring things. Example scenario: Open Ottex's settings to set up the models preferences in the "Voice to Text" tab Alt-tab to the browser to check on some information related to the model (eg.: Model X vs Model Y) Try to alt-tab back to Ottex's window Realize it has disappeared Click on Ottex's app icon in the dock Ottex opens in the "Home" tab instead of the "Settings → Voice to Text" tab we last were in Have to re-navigate to the full path again, which can take a while depending on what you were configuring It's also frustrating that just clicking on the desktop or anywhere else causes the window to disappear instantly, even without having configured that behavior. It'd be nice if the window state was kept the same when reopening it. If that's not possible for some reason, maybe improve the menubar icon so that instead of a "Home" option, it had a "Show window" option, like most other applications do.

Improve the UX to know which mode is currently used

In the latest version (v1.2.1), there is no way currently to know which mode is used when speaking or clicking the menu bar icon. I'm guessing that the current mode is the one that's highlighted when you go to the settings, but the way the component is shown can be confusing and looks like a tab selector. I think it would be best if it was either a checkbox, a radio component, or something else that would be clearer. Maybe add a bit of color? like in the “audio settings” section we can see on screen, there’s this “trim silence” item: you can see the toggle which clearly has a color difference with non-toggled components. Another way this could be switched would be in the menu bar icon. Maybe clicking on it could display different options to select the different modes, because sometimes you might want to easily switch between “fast”, “balanced”, and “best”. Let me know if this doesn't make sense. I'll be glad to answer any questions!
