Bug: Settings > Mic & Audio > Sound effect dropdown doesn't show more than 6 options

As you can see in the video below, the sound effect dropdown menu doesn’t have a scrollbar and doesn’t react to scrolling.

This makes it impossible to select any of the other sound effects that could otherwise be used.
